Villa SAN is the story of a dream shared by Neda and Ante—a dream brought to life in the charming town of Brela. Years of dedicated work in their family-run restaurant in Germany, where they honed their skills as trained gastronomes, culminated in 1998 when they acquired an old Dalmatian villa nestled in a tranquil seaside setting.

The renovation of this stunning villa, originally built in 1937, took a full seven years, with meticulous attention paid to every detail to reflect their vision and passion for the Mediterranean way of life. Today, Villa SAN opens its doors to guests from May to October, offering three stylishly designed apartments—Luna, Sole, and Stella. Each apartment exudes a unique charm, whether it’s the warmth of a fireplace, the spacious terraces, or the unforgettable views of the Adriatic Sea.

An Oasis of Nature and Blue Sea

Villa SAN is surrounded by an idyllic garden filled with palm trees, flowers, and native plants. Vines, olive trees, and fig trees create an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere, while natural stone walls ensure complete privacy. This magical green haven is so exceptional that it was awarded the title of “Most Beautiful Garden in Brela” in 2008.

Guests have everything within easy reach—grocery stores are nearby, and the villa provides private parking spaces. Just a few steps away, you’ll find enchanting pebble beaches where the crystal-clear sea meets the fragrant blend of pine and salt air.

Whether you prefer relaxing hours with a book on a lounger, exploring the peaks of Mount Biokovo, or embarking on a boat adventure to the islands of Brač and Hvar, Villa SAN offers the perfect starting point.
